This Quick Prenatal Barre Workout is great for anytime you have a few extra minutes and a little space. This workout is perfect for any mom in her first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy and is even a great workout to start with in the fourth trimester after baby has arrived.
These simple exercises will help keep you fit as well as introduce exercise and fitness into your daily routine while pregnant. Strengthen and tone your core, pelvic floor, and glutes at home or on the go. This video was recorded during my first trimester when I was 10 weeks pregnant and is a Bellies at the Barre® Workout. All exercises are safe for any trimester of pregnancy.
