Look no further. Now you can experience Babies at the Barre™ from the comfort of your own home! No need to worry about making sure baby is up, packing a diaper bag, or fighting traffic or public transit.
If baby is napping, don't worry, you can join us and get baby when he wakes.
Had a rough morning and don't want to get changed? No problem! Yoga pants and leggings are perfect for a day at home taking care of baby as well as Babies at the Barre™ class.
Babies at the Barre is perfect for those who don't have moms groups in their area, or moms with older children who don't want to pay for a sitter.
You will meet other new moms, connect, and have time to chat about the joys and struggles you have been experiencing along with a safe way to workout postpartum while bonding with baby.
What you will need: Comfortable clothing; an exercise mat, blanket, carpet, or something soft to lay on for the floor portion; a high backed chair; water; a baby carrier. Soft structured carriers or non-stretchy wraps work best for making sure baby is positioned properly, ensuring good support for baby, and allowing movement for mom.
Class is 1 hour long and begins with 15 minutes of group time to socialize with other moms and of 30-45 minutes of exercise focused on healing your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
