What are your plans for the New Year? Are you doing anything fun for New Year's Eve with or without your little one? Yesterday I took my 4 year old to a Noon Year's Eve event that was a lot of fun! I've really been cherishing these last few months of 1:1 time with him and trying to make the most of it before baby #2 arrives.
As my estimated due date is approaching (end of January/beginning of February) group classes will be on hold until April/May 2019, but I am still working with 1:1 clients until baby #2 arrives and will be available earlier in the year for online and in-person 1:1 sessions.
Want to get onto the schedule for the next month? Work 1:1 with me online by scheduling single sessions or a 5 pack of 1:1 sessions.
So, what are you doing this last weekend of 2018? Are you ready to say goodbye to 2018 or was it an amazing year for you and your family?
I'll tell you one thing, I can't believe it is already December 29, 2018! This year has flown past, but there have also been several things we would like to say goodbye to and leave in 2018!
This year we moved not once but twice in a matter of 6 months. Have you wondered where the weekly exercise videos and updates have gone? Well, this pregnancy has been A LOT different than my 1st ....
There have been a lot of stresses, including moving twice while pregnant, selling and buying a house, family & extended family health issues, and few too many trips to the ER/hospital (thought my husband was having a heart attack early in the year, an ER trip for my son after he spiked a really high fever a few days after his monthly medication infusion, two trips to the hospital for monitoring the baby and me, and a recent ambulance ride for my husband after he passed out and I found him unresponsive a few weeks ago!). We have had enough! In 2019 I am looking forward to getting more and more settled in our home, becoming a family of four (five if you count our beloved puppy princess), expanding Mommy Barre™, Babies at the Barre™, and Bellies at the Barre® in Harrisburg at our new studio and online, connecting and working with more expecting, new, and not so new mamas, and only 1 trip to the hospital for the birth of baby #2.
Don't get me wrong, there have been great things that have happened in 2019 as well. I think I am most proud of the kind, loving, caring big boy my son is growing into and that in 2018 Babies at the Barre, LLC has been able to donate 10% of proceeds to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (for more about why check out this video).
Make sure to stay updated by following along on our journey of a family of three to a family of four and for exercise tips on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and join other mamas in our Private Facebook Community.
Happy New Year Mama!
