I developed Babies at the Barre™ for moms to do with other moms. This little idea has grown to have instructors across the US and in the UK plus with live streaming classes and 1:1 sessions you can work with me (or other instructors) wherever you are in the world!

Below you will find information on online classes and packages or memberships.

Now you can experience Babies at the Barre™ and personalized training from the comfort of your own home! No need to worry about making sure baby is up, packing a diaper bag, or fighting traffic or public transit.  

If baby is napping, don't worry, you can join and get baby when he wakes.

Had a rough morning and don't want to get changed? No problem! Yoga pants and leggings are perfect for a day at home taking care of baby as well as Babies at the Barre™ classes and private sessions.

Babies at the Barre™ class is perfect for those who don't have moms groups in their area  because you can meet other new moms, connect, and have time to chat while safely exercising.
