​I'm really excited to announce new opportunities to work with me 1:1 (both locally and online) and in a smaller group setting in Harrisburg! 

I LOVE connecting new moms, facilitating groups, and teaching lots of moms, but what I have learned since beginning Babies at the Barre™ is that new moms have lots of questions and aren't always given the correct info about exercise at their postpartum visit! Moms have told me that after a few minutes of 1:1 work they notice how to properly execute exercises at home and in class to get the most out of classes. Since every body is different, sometimes what applies to one mom doesn't apply to another.
