Thoughts about your participation in class or 1:1 session?
Tori provided a well rounded workout that I hurt enough to know I worked hard, but not enough to prevent me from other duties in my life. She was flexible when my toddler wanted to crawl around instead of stay in the ergo.  Great workout!

Results from attending classes:
I met several other moms and had a great workout at the same time.
