Babies at the Barre, LLC Local and Online Group Classes and Individual Training:
Babies at the Barre™ Online Group Classes, Online Individual Training, & In Person Classes:
Classes depend on sufficient enrollment and the availability of a Babies at the Barre™ instructor. Babies at the Barre, LLC may reschedule any class due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or urgent circumstances. Babies at the Barre, LLC will use its best efforts to notify you as soon as possible of any rescheduling event.You may ask to reschedule your scheduled class for convenience or for urgent personal needs more than 36 hours in advance. If Babies at the Barre, LLC receives your request to reschedule less than 36 hours before the starting time of your class, you will not be able to transfer that class to another time. If you have an unlimited class pack, $5 will be charged for a late cancel or missed class and $40 will be charged for late cancel or missed individual sessions.
You may cancel your group class package or individual training package at any time; however some cancellations are subject to fees that will reduce any potential refund. Refunds or returns on unused classes will be given within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be given.
By completing your purchase you accept these terms and conditions and have completed the liability and media release.
Moms at the Barre™ Terms of Membership:
Moms at the Barre™ membership is valid for any and all live-streaming classes starting immediately upon payment of the subscription. You will be granted access to the Moms at the Barre™ Facebook group upon request to that group's Facebook page.

By purchasing a membership to Moms at the Barre™, I acknowledge and understand that:
Babies at the Barre™ Instructor Training:
Program training dates depend on sufficient enrollment and the availability of a Babies at the Barre™ instructor trainer. Babies at the Barre, LLC may reschedule any Program training due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or urgent circumstances. Babies at the Barre, LLC will use its best efforts to notify you as soon as possible of any rescheduling event.You may ask to reschedule your Program training for convenience or for urgent personal needs. If Babies at the Barre, LLC receives your request reschedule more than 30 calendar days before the starting date of your Program, there will be no additional fee.
If you ask to reschedule your training 30 or fewer days before the Program training start date, you must pay an additional $25 fee before Babies at the Barre, LLC will permit you to schedule a new Program start date.
If you fail to attend your scheduled Program training without notice, Babies at the Barre, LLC will require you to pay an additional $50 fee before permitting you to schedule a new Program date.
You may cancel your Program training at any time; however some cancellations are subject to fees that will reduce any potential refund.
If you cancel your Program more than 30 days before the training start date, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel your Program 30 or fewer days before the training start date, Babies at the Barre, LLC will deduct a $50 cancellation fee before refunding the remainder of your Program payment.
If you provide no advance notice and are a no-show for your Program and you then request to cancel your Program enrollment, Babies at the Barre, LLC will deduct a $100 cancellation fee before refunding the remainder of your payment.
If you quit your Program or do not attend the training after you receive the Program manual or attend any part of the training, you are not entitled to any refund.
You also acknowledge that you may not share your program manual with any other individual or entity.

By purchasing a membership to Moms at the Barre™, I acknowledge and understand that:
- I will have access to Moms at the Barre™ content during the term of my subscription.
- I agree not to share any of the membership site's content, special offer codes, or videos with any third party. If I share content without permission, Babies at the Barre, LLC may terminate my access to members-only content immediately, and I will not be entitled to any refund.
- Classes do not carry over from one subscription period to the next.
- In-person classes are not included in the membership.
- Membership cannot be retroactively applied to any earlier purchase.
- Membership payment is not refundable.
- After my initial subscription period (monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), the subscription will automatically renew for the same term, using my initial payment method, unless I email a notice of my intent to terminate, or change the period of, my membership to [email protected] before the end of the initial subscription period.
- For any automatic renewal, I will be charged the then-current membership rate for the subscription period I originally purchased.
- If I choose to end my membership and stop benefitting from Babies at the Barre, LLC content, I will email a notice of my intent to terminate to [email protected] before the end of my then-current subscription term, and my enrollment will cease at the end of that term.
