At 4 weeks pregnant I am feeling some pain in my lower back and shortness of breath due to the increase in progesterone from pregnancy. We'll warm up and engage our core muscles, learn how to hold our bodies to decrease the likelihood of pain as pregnancy progresses, and work our tush and core before we stretch.
