A lot of the time we feel pain or tightness in our lower back and don’t realize that stretches aren’t the only hint we need. Our lower back also gets tight and sore when our core is weak or we just aren’t using our core for support.
PS - This was inspired by a 1:1 session with a prenatal client who was having a lot of tightness in her lower back and across her abdomen. You’ll be able to see the 1:1 session this was soon as we start “on air coaching” sessions!
